Dodge Power Wagon - The Dodge Power Wagon was a four wheel drive pickup truck produced from 1945 through 1968. This early version was based on a military truck and is a predecessor to the many four wheel drive pickups in use today.
Cast-steel plow - The cast steel plow was invented in 1838 by blacksmith John Deere. Although most of the plough was constructed of cast iron, the steel share allowed the plough to cut through the tough turf of the American Great Plains without breaking, and was designed to handle sticky soil without clogging.

John Deere - John Deere (February 7, 1804 - May 17, 1886) was the blacksmith and manufacturer who founded Deere & Company - one of the largest agricultural and construction equipment manufacturers in the world. Deere was born in Rutland, Vermont, the son of William Deere.
