Roller (BEAM) - In BEAM robotics, a Roller is a robot that has a mode of locomotion by rolling all or part of the robot.
Jumper (BEAM) - In BEAM robotics, a Jumper is a robot that has a mode of locomotion by propelling the robot off the ground and from place to place on the ground.
Crawler (BEAM) - In BEAM robotics, a Crawler is a robot that has a mode of locomotion by tracks or by transferring the robot's body on limbs or appendages. These do not drag parts of their body on the ground.
