"Eulalio Gonzalez 'Piporro'" was born on December 16, 1921, in Los Herreras, Nuevo Leon. He began to study Medicine and never finished it. Then, he obtained an accounting's professional degree but never practiced that profession, because his real interest was in journalism. He worked for the "El Porvenir de Monterrey," a local newspaper and shortly after made his debut as radio presenter at the XEMR.
