Pi-hahiroth - Pi-hahiroth is a Hebrew name (פּי החרת) meaning 'mouth of the gorges', and refers to the bay of Chiroth, a place in Egypt on the west bank of the Red Sea. The Book of Exodus refers to Pi-hahiroth as the place where the children of Israel encamped while waiting for Pharoah to attack them, prior to their Passage of the Red Sea.
