Terra (Ra-Seru) - Terra is Noa's Ra-Seru from Legend of Legaia, and is associated with wind. Terra initially takes the form of a she-wolf and raises Noa as her daughter, since Noa is too young for Terra to bind with.

Heian shogi - Heian shōgi (平安将棋 'Heian (Era) chess') is a predecessor of modern shogi (Japanese chess). Some form of chess almost certainly reached Japan by the 9th century, if not earlier, but the earliest surviving Japanese description of the rules dates from the early 12th century (c1120, during the Heian period). Unfortunately, this description does not give enough information to actually play the game, but this has not stopped people attempting to reconstruct this early form of shogi. Weak form and strong form - In the phonology of stress-timed languages, the weak form of a word is a form that may be used when the word has no stress, and which is phonemically distinct from the strong form used when the word is stressed. The strong form serves as the citation form.
